1.What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and allow the site owner to understand how the site is used. 3.The categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the website to function. These handle page delivery, basic security, and remembering your cookie choice so we do not ask again on every page. They cannot be switched off.
- lr_consent — stores your cookie preferences. Expires after 180 days.
- PHP session cookie — a temporary identifier used for site functionality. Expires when you close your browser.
Analytics
Set only with your consent. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors move through the site, so we can improve it. IP anonymisation is enabled, and we use Google Consent Mode so that no analytics storage is used until you agree.
- _ga, _ga_* — distinguish visitors and sessions. Set by Google Analytics. Typically expire after up to 2 years.
Marketing & chat
Set only with your consent. We use Pipedrive LeadBooster to provide chat on the site and to follow up on enquiries you choose to send us. These cookies remember your conversation and whether you have already been shown the chat prompt.

4.Third parties
Where a cookie is set by a third party, that organisation processes the data under its own terms. The providers we use are:
- Google (Google Analytics) — see Google's privacy notice at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Pipedrive (LeadBooster chat and CRM) — see pipedrive.com/en/privacy.
Where these providers transfer data outside the United Kingdom, appropriate safeguards apply as described in our Privacy Policy.
5.What happens if you decline
The website works normally. You will not be tracked for analytics, and the chat widget will not load. We will still place the strictly necessary cookies listed above, which the law permits without consent.
6.Changing your mind
You can update your choice at any time using the button below. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings, and set your browser to refuse them — though parts of most websites, including this one, may then behave unexpectedly.

We may update this policy as the services we use change. Any revision will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
